2. Products & Personalization

We specialize in custom and personalized jewelry.
Please note that:

  • Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in color, size, or engraving style due to customization and lighting.

  • Personalized items are made specifically for you based on the details you provide (such as name, initials, or dates).

  • Ensure all personalization details are correct before placing an order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

3. Orders & Payments

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Easypaisa

  • JazzCash

  • Bank Transfer

  • Credit/Debit Cards

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully completed before production or dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete information, or unavailability of materials.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across Pakistan.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on product type and customization but typically take 5–12 business days.

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

  • Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking details.

  • Delays due to courier service, customs, or external factors are beyond our control, but we will assist where possible.

5. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Because each item is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

In such cases:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Replacement or refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method or store credit.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

6. Pricing & Promotions

All prices listed on our website are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Ziva Personalized reserves the right to modify prices, run promotions, or withdraw offers at any time without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.zivajewelry.com, including product designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ziva Personalized and protected under copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from our website without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
