2. Orders & Personalization

Q: How do I place a personalized order?

Simply select your desired item, enter your name, initials, or message in the personalization box, choose your preferred color or size, and proceed to checkout.

Q: Can I change my order after placing it?

Since each product is custom-made, we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Q: How long does it take to make my jewelry?

Most personalized pieces take 1–2 business days to craft before shipping.
Please allow extra time during holidays or peak sale periods.
